  • This was the worst buying experience my wife and I have ever had, before heading in to the dealer we had been pre-approved for the loan ammount and once we agreed on the price of the car we picked out and had the bill of sale complete the finance department pushed on us this "back up contract"our 2nd biggest mistake aside from walking in to this place was agreeing to sign it, the finance guy Fernando assured that this would not be used unless our bank (chase) would cancel the pre-approved loan amount. Through out this process in waiting for funds/check to be drafted from our bank the finance department Fernando/Ashley were in touch with our bank as to when the check was going to be drafted. Ashley and I spoke many times also making sure we were ok with dropping off the check as soon as the bank had drafted it. 3 days later check was drafted and dropped it off and they told us check was not good anymore!! They had pushed through the "back up contract" through a different bank!! (Higher interest rate) of course!! 72 hour period they said..These people are total liars! Totally shady! Please find a different car dealership to buy a car! PS...(i had to pick a star rating otherwise it wont let me post this review)but these people dont deserve a half of a star! Needless to say will be reaching out to Gary Harper (CHANNEL THREE ON YOUR SIDE)!!
