  • Brian came to my house to give me a bid on a water feature. He told me it was a simple fix probably couple hundred dollars. I contacted them seven times after that and was told I would get a contract by email within two days each time I contacted them. Apparently $200 is way too little for them to come out again. I wouldn't use these people if they were the last pool company on earth. It's all talk and no walk. You better have a major job for them or they'll never showed up or called back again.
