  • PHARMACY SUCKS!! I don't know what happened in the last few months but it's rare to see the same faces behind the pharmacy counter with the exception of two girls. They've screwed up my dates for the last three months or maybe four and I've had to ask to speak to the manager several times to get them to dispense my meds as promised on the phone/according to store policy. It seems that hey make up their own rules when they don't feel like working. There are only two employees there that know how to do their jobs or seem to care at all. The others all seem like they'd be best at bagging your groceries. This is the third time in three months that I called the pharmacy before going to pick up my meds to make sure they were ready to fill and pick up and gotten a completely different response when I got there. Today I got verbal confirmation twice on the phone from Bridgett that my meds were ready. I also mark the days on my calendar. I checked that twice too. They normally fill up to two days early which is good on weekends when you're leaving town early or on a Friday. So after the two calls to them to confirm that everything was ready, I gave them an hour and headed out. Again a different guy behind the counter that I'd never seen there. He said that only one of two was ready or could be filled today. Today is day 28 which is the day I've had my meds filled on for the last several years and it's also their policy to fill two days early. I explained that I confirmed twice that they were ready today. He didn't seem to care the least that I wasted my time and fuel making it there and said that there's nothing he could do but I could come back tomorrow and fill them both. They get one more chance and I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'll be talking to the store manager and head pharmacist Monday as well. If you're considering taking your prescriptions there I'd think twice especially if you have to get them filled on day 28-30 as they've even gone over 30 days leaving me without my medication for three days due to a "glitch". THEY NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED WITH THEIR STAFF AND FIX IT AS THEIR SERVICE IS NOW HORRIBLE.
