  • Same experience as Paula. Lost two shirts, it's been months. Filled out forms. Owner promises and promises. Nothing happens. I spent $60.00 to replace those shirts. They also lost a suit swatch that I had submitted for alteration. Never found it, suit is now useless, as i don't have another piece of material. Promises, promises. He finally gave me a $25.00 credit for dry cleaning. As if I would take my clothes back to them. Ridiculous.
