| - I'm really disappointed to leave a negative review. I have been a regular at 32 Shea for almost 4 years. I fell in love with it when I came here for lunch, and decided to come back for breakfast and coffee. Their coffee is amazing and their food is really good, for good prices.
However, the experience and service is extremely inconsistent. I ordered breakfast this morning and waited 45 minutes for it. 3 other couples that ordered after I did; they received their food, ate it, and left before I even had a chance to ask them where my order went.
When it was brought to my table, it was placed in front of me with no, "sorry about the wait," or explanation as to what happened.
I know you are a small, local business trying to make it work. Consistency is what builds a brand and builds success - I think you need some help standardizing the expectations for your employees to ensure guests receive the same, great experience time and time again.
I invite you to visit 32 Shea for great food and even better drinks, but it'll be hit or miss on timing and guest service.
