rev:text	I wish I could give them a negative star........I hired Bernstein and Poisson to handle my car accident. I thought I was in great hands based off the commercials and my initial appointment with Sean. My case was slightly complicated and I explained the situation in detail to Sean and he assured me that it would not be an issue to take on the case. During my accident the other party attempted to attack me I blocked her hit with my hand which at the time I was holding a pen the lady suffered a pen mark on her arm which later resulted in police report being filed by the other party stating that I assaulted her. After about a month I contacted Sean to get an update on my case at that time I spoke with his assistant which explained to me that the other insurance company advised Bernstein and Poisson office that I was at fault and I attack their client. I felt as if she was doubting my side of the story and I asked that Sean give me a call. Upon receiving a call from Sean he stated that the insurance company advised him of the same information and that he needed to take into inconsideration what the other party insurance company was accusing me of. Two days later I received a phone call from the police department asking me questions about the accident and the assault situation I explained my side of the story and at that time the officer advised me that he was viewing the video tape from the incident and my story matches the footage. I contacted Sean and updated him with the information that I received from the detective. I expressed to Sean that I was very disappointed that he took on my case with doubt and I was unsure if I wanted to continue to work with him. Sean apologized and assured me that he would take good care of me. Months went by with out any contact from Sean however his assistant would reach out from time to time to check in and see how things were going. Last month I finally received a call from Sean he advised me that the other party insurance company was ready to close the case and offered a pay out amount. We spoke numbers and came to an agreement he advised me that he would follow up with me the next week with an updated which he failed to do. I reached out to Sean and he was confused his conversation with me was completely different from the previous week he did not have a clue about my case nor did he recall the offer. I was so upset and I expressed how inconsistent and unprofessional my case was being handled. Again he apologized and stated that he was very busy and he did not have my file in front of him and yet again he assured me that it wouldn't happen again and promised to call me the following week. Sean never called I called the office and spoke with his assistant she apologized and understood my frustration she explained to me that Sean would be in contact with me the same day. No phone call until two days later which at that time he asked me to come in and sign the offer letter which I did. Sean greeted me with lies and excuses he even stated that he did me a favor by pulling my case and getting an offer. He also stated that he did not believe my initial statement about what took place until the detective confirmed that I was telling the truth. He had a list of excuses why he wasn't consistent and why he failed to keep in contact . I will NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. SEAN LACKS COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CLIENTS AND HE MAKES EXCUSE FOR HIS POOR WORK ETHICS.
