  • They honored my coupon and just did what I paid for. The lobby/waiting area is chintzy, but that's okay by me. I don't need water features or massage chairs while I wait for my car to be ready. In fact, that crap makes me nervous (come here little fishy...) Full disclosure, the owner/manager (don't know which) did mention he appreciated reviews. There was no quid-pro-quo though. I didn't mind though. You know what it means? It means he cares about making his customers happy. Don't get me wrong, I don't even know the guys name and it's not like we'll be going out for beers. However, there is such a thing as caring about your business and not just caring about your money. I'm sure there are other tire places that will do an honest job at a fair price. However, you may get ripped off trying to find them. If you're not sure where to go, I say just go hear and know what you're getting even if it means a little bit of a drive.
