Not great for fresh newbs to yoga. Walked into my first class, made sure that the receptionist and teacher knew that I was brand new, confirmed several times that this was a beginners level class and was completely lost within 15 minutes into an hour long class. Left the class as I was getting weird looks for watching the other students to try and figure out what everyone was doing. Teacher offered no instruction but simply continued reciting the poses that everyone else knew despite making eye contact with me multiple times. Either couldn't tell I needed help or did not care. Seemed like it would be a great spot for someone who knows yoga as most students seemed fine. Plenty of room to move around in the evening weekday class.
Experience could have been greatly improved by allowing the teachers to assist new students or, if assisting new students would interrupt the flow of the class, having introductory classes rather than recommending new students to a class where no help will be found.
TL:DR, great spot to go if you already know your shit. Newbs get no help or instruction.
