  • I've used this company a few times and have always been satisfied until this last episode. My furnace wasn't working on a cold Saturday morning in January and a guy came out and spend about twenty minutes to fix it and hit me with a bill for over $200. Yes, it was OT for the weekend, but friends have told me about companies they used in similar circumstances that only cost them half that. Draw your own conclusions.
