Mom got a new phone delivered, so we needed to get a SIM card activated for her. Stopped by this authorized retailer location since it was on the way to Costco. Christine was the only individual working and we were the only ones in store.
Getting a sim activated isn't a tough task, which she did a great job on, it's just the customer service I had an issue with. I get it, activating a sim on an existing line won't equate to commission sales.....but it's RUDE to text while you're helping a customer, commission or not.
And it's not like she sent one message, this girl was straight up having a full on conversation, continuously texting whoever, phone on loud & all.
