  • Horrible looking cakes and even worse customer service. We bought three cakes and two of them were wrong. They said nobody was there to fix them and they couldn't do anything about it. There are no managers in the store on weekends so they couldn't fix the situation. What a huge disappointment for a children's birthday party! I would give them a zero if I could.
