I decided to give my niece an option between Churn which I always get excellent service from. Upon walking In we weren't greeted at all. 2 mins later more people walked in and immediately they were greeted.
After we ordered, and I started noticing that everyone who walked in after us had received there orders. And it wasn't just 1 or 2 people who got there orders it was at least 10 people.
They noticed my niece and I were still standing there waiting and asked what we ordered. I couldn't believe it... the guy there wearing the only brown shirt said they lost our ticket, and thankfully I have my receipt gave it to them. He didn't even apologize to us. I have never been so embarrassed in front of all the customers who received there orders before us.Unfortunately for you I updated your 5 star review I did on first visit to one star. Horrible customer service.
Next time you see a customer standing around for more than 5 mins ask them if they received there order, better yet apologize first for your mistake. Don't just look at the customer and say " what was your order?" Wrong and first mistake. Customers are paying not just for the ice cream but it's keeping your establishment open and expect great customer service.
