  • The butchers great if you know what it is and know what your looking for. I love the charcuterie options, many good things there. The raw bar is respectable and the appetizers shine. I have tried almost every entree and have been dissapointed on each one. They all come out feeling slapped together and poorly seasoned. For a place thats called the arrogant butcher I'm also surprised not to see more hearty meat dishes. Maybe its a change of the menu when I'm there or maybe its false advertising.
