I know what you're thinking..."the seller is paying for it, so it doesn't matter what company we get a warranty from," and I can tell you you're wrong. I've been hung up on, lied to, and the "customer service" manager Scott ignored me for over 2 weeks before I had to email him AGAIN to get a response. Every single person that I've dealt with was nothing but unprofessional and rude. On top of all of that, they refuse to accept responsibility for any of their screw ups. Don't put yourself through the misery that I've been through over the last few months. I couldn't cancel my contract fast enough!
