  • I was in Phoenix for work and this was the designated hotel. I absolutely loved the service, facilities, and the room. Let's start from the beginning. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. I have had to come down to borrow several things like scissors, and they were extremely helpful in helping me getting them if they didn't have them. Next up is the room. I LOVED the suite-style room. I love getting rooms that have both a microwave and a fridge, especially since I was there for close to a week. The decorations were tasteful, the room was impeccable, and everything was new. The only down side, a MINOR issue for me, was the view. I was on the sixth floor, but since the hotel is surrounded by other tall buildings, all I saw was another building. I stayed at this hotel twice, and both of my experiences were wonderful. Since I didn't do any looking around, I don't know if the room price is worth it. However, I would definitely recommend it.
