  • I was honestly expecting a better outcome than what I had with this office. I had come into the office with pain in my hand and elbow. Dr. Thull simply told me to rub "Tiger balm on it". after 3 months of being in pain I did not find this to be an appropriate response. I am now going to a pain clinic and getting an Ultrasound done of my elbow, as it should have been done in the first place. I feel that he basically blew me off. To make matters worse, they charge you a 4% fee for using your credit card, which I am not sure if that is even legal. From being a business owner, paying your credit card processing fees is simply a part of doing business. I was not impressed with this office and I will be contacting my insurance company to complain and see if I can get my money back since his advice was that of a 12 year old to rub Tiger Balm on it.
