  • I have to say, I'm surprised by how much I've enjoyed eating at the Buffet at the Hilton. We had brunch there on Mother's Day and dinner there last night. The brunch was actually VERY good and the dinner was average/good, so 4 stars seems about right as an average :-) This is not a buffet to go out of your way for. But if you're in the neighborhood (convention center, Sahara, Riviera, etc) or staying on-property, it's definitely worth checking out. Prices are more than fair. We paid $19.95 pp for dinner which included unlimited beer/wine (tips appreciated of course!). This is a great value. And the food is good - not trendy, but plenty of options to eat as healthy or badly as you desire! Nice display of grilled meats and veggies at the back. Pasta to order, etc. Service was great at brunch and so-so at dinner. And for you sports nuts, the buffet is adjacent to the large sports book and fan cave.
