  • We have been going to this location for 8 years and this is our last day. I made an appointment, it was not entered into the computer, drove all the way there to be told we do not have an appointment. After I was told this, the girls walked away without an apology or explanation. I am very dissapointed and will not be going to this location again. Customer service has gone downhill since we first started going there and I am shocked as this is a franchise and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away, very unfortunate.
