  • Very disappointed in the change to self service check out. This shows a lack of customer service. If I wanted to work for Fry's I would apply. I see a lack of customer service every where and Fry's has shown that customer service is the last thing on their list. I don't want to check my purchases out myself. The whole is experience is lacking where the consumer is concerned. We have a choice and I will drive further than show support for this change
