WORST company ever! They delivered an order from Sephora to the correct street number in Las Vegas but a completely different street then where I live. So of course I am not going to a strangers house who emails me on Facebook that he has my package. Sephora refunded me my money for the first package. I had to re-order online and pay all over again. Apparently this time OnTrac decided instead of calling me when my package was delivered as agreed with the Sephora customer service rep that it would be okay to leave it at some post office. I was never given an address of where to pick up this package nor told I would have to leave my house to get my package. I am super pregnant! I am not leaving my house to go to the post office when it is NOT my problem that OnTrac can not get their act together and go to the correct address. I can't understand why Sephora thinks saving money by using an awful company will help them in the long run! They're just going to lose my business and lose other's business as well. All the one-star ratings for this company you would think Sephora would stop using them!
