  • Absolutely criminal. Have all the pictures to prove it. Went in for a tire repair. They told me it could not be repaired. You can see the note in the photo " Tire un-repairable puncture too close to side wall. " Bernie, the store manager then told me all my tires were worn and I needed 4 new tires, and that my alignment was off and needed to do an alignment. He tried to sell me a set of four of tires for 800 bucks and an alignment. I told him they only have to 20,000 miles on them. I will forever remember the comment Bernie made, "Oh I did not realize you had only 20,000 miles on them." I walked out. I went to discount tire co, and they said they could repair my tire, and did it for free. They also said the tire tread looked good. I then went to Firestone (because I have lifetime alignment) and they said my trucks alignment was fine, and the tires are all in the green. You can see proof in all my pictures. I feel so sorry for all the people you have likely ripped off. Proof in the pictures.
