  • Overpriced with poor quality and terrible service. Aesthetically it looks nice at first, but the poor quality reveals itself soon enough. The carpet is cheap and gross. I'm not sure how to describe the fake wood flooring. It looks like they haphazardly laid a giant paper sticker to look like wood. Make no mistake, their renovations are shoddy at best. My apartment is overrun with ants and termites. I don't want to open my blinds because the outsides of my windows are filthy with giant, thick cobwebs. It's all very unpleasant. I've only called maintenance three times in the almost year that I've lived here and each time it has taken no less than a week for someone to fulfill the request. I mean, how long does it take to change the air conditioner filters?! Same thing when I asked them to take care of the termites in the garage. And then they come back in no time like little veins up the wall. The only positive about the complex is my nice neighbors. But I'm sure we'll all be rolling through very quickly. I would recommend checking out other complexes in the area before Alexan. I made a quick decision about moving in here and have been less than thrilled with the experience, to say the least.
