  • I went in recently for a tragus piercing. The employees at the front aren't overly friendly, but they get all the administrative side done quickly. I was in the back within 10 minutes of arriving around lunch time. The guy that did my piercing was pretty nice, but did have a lot of trouble getting my ring in. He had to take it out and start over with a different ring. He ended up giving me a free piercing card because of his mistake. Overall, satisfied with the service and will be back to use my free piercing!
