  • Horrible service at Koi. Before seating on one of the sofa, we asked if it was okay to sit there since there was no reservation sign on it and we were told we can sit anywhere except on Reservation tables. So we sat and after about and hour , we were told to sit somewhere else because they need to start getting that table set up for reservations. Mind you, there were probably 5 other reservation tables (maybe more) unused but they had to move us. Not coming back anymore. Stay away from this place. A lot of people left as well.
