  • Though the ladies shoe wear do have helpful staff. The men's section staff are useless. Though there was 3 staff at the counter chatting not one would help direct me to find the formal clothing i needed. And when told that there was no staff in that section they just reiterated that there was someone there and waved their hand in the general area of men's wear. The store is recently renovated though it will not help if no staff is polite or helpful. They may end up the way of Target canada if they have no staff to help paying customers but the merchandise they are clearly there to buy. Good luck to the bay. not sure i'll shop there stores again.
