  • The only reason this location gets the second star is because of the occasional nice employee! I drive all over the Phoenix area and this is the only location bringing question about charges incurred ...by that I mean, I always get the exact same thing at every Starbucks and it always costs a little more at this location! To top it off the website says they close at 9:00pm and they actually close at 8:30pm. The bitter old lady starts giving you a warning every 5 minutes the last half an hour just to remind you! Looks like Happy Valley Town Center will be getting my business from now on.
