  • Right when you walk in you are greeted. You are offered a water or a Mamosa ... The salon is clean which is really important to me... And furnished nicely. Rich at the front is AMAZING. I just went to another nail salon tonight that was horrible. Shimmer didn't have time unfortunately... I am happy that they admitted that. Instead of trying to squeeze me and my friends in. We would have been waiting and it would have not been a good experience. They don't just want to get you in and get your money they genuinely care about their customers. I also think that it's awesome that they do hair... I haven't tried the hair salon yet! I know it's going to be absolutely amazing though. I now appreciate the customer service that I receive at Shimmer so much! They treat everyone like a celebrity! Every customer special. When you walk in you feel so welcomed. Everyone is so nice... There is not one nail tech in the entire salon that will do a bad job on your nails. I want to go to everyone because they are all so amazing... With such an awesome personalities. I always joke around with them that I want to break my nails on purpose just to go there... I always have the best experience here. I always recommend them to my friends... I get so many compliments on my nails!! I couldn't thank Shimmer anymore. Please never close because I will be going here for the rest of my life! Love you guys. They didn't even have to tell me to write this review I just felt like I really HAD to because they are that amazing! I am honestly not the type of person to really write a review either... Who has the time to write an essay ? But they deserve the support. If you choose not to go here it's really your loss! I'm super picky about my nails... So trust me you really should give this place a shot if you don't already go here. Best place in Vegas. I would give them more that than five stars but that's unfortunately not an option.
