  • Mountain Valley Plumbing has been wonderful both times I used them. The first time, I had already had 2 "free" estimates, in which the people came out, gave me quite a high estimate and tried to sell me on other stuff. I called MVP and (I believe it was) Connie answered, asked me questions, gave me an estimate over the phone and had her husband come out the next day. He did and everything was fixed and ready to go! The next time we called with an issue, Connie asked us questions over the phone, thought about it and then told us what she thought the issue was ... it was one we could fix without anyone coming out. I thought that was so kind --- MVP was not just trying to get our money. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!
