  • Roast has a great State Street location in the thick of the hustle and bustle. I have been there 2 times and if you're in the mood for sandwiches and beer, its your spot. They have a plethora of sandwich choices, mostly for carnivores, but they do have a few veggie options. The sandwiches come with chips (with an add-on $ for fries) which always kinda bugs me because who doesn't like fries more? The choice of tap and bottled beer is extensive with an emphasis on local crafts- love it. The prices are mid range, the decor is obvious, and I would recommend it as a solid lunch option.
