| - Pros: Short waits
Cons: Nobody ever picks up phone calls, I have been trying for 2 random days, so did the nurse from the family doctors' practice, NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE CALL! I wanted to ask some questions like do we need to book an appointment etc. but i guess you can only walk in there with your questions. Receptionists are cold hearted and couldn't care less about the patients.
I went there today to do my blood work, which is a Tuesday and 26th of the month and I am leaving the country for European on 6th of next month.
After the lady who has a scarf covering her head, did the blood work, she just left me in the room and left without saying a word, I waited there till she called in the next patient, and then I realized my part was done. Since I am hoping to get my blood work before I leave the country, I had to ask her usually how long it takes to get the results, she said "5-10 business days", I tried to explain that I am a little bit worried and wanted to know if there is any way to get it sooner, she said "no and I don't know anything else". She couldn't careless and so I didn't want to bother her. I went to the reception desk and hoping that they could offer some advice.
The male receptionist has the same cold face and it's like he hates his job and hates people who ever need to talk to him. After I mentioned my situation, he said we sent it to the hospital, hospital do the work, and that's it, if you need it, ask your doctor. Again, he couldn't careless and told me everything I have already known. Well, I guess hoping they would said something nice like "hey, don't worry, we will send it asap and hopefully you can get it before you leave" is too much to ask for. They just COULDN'T CARE LESS.
I only want to say that, if you hate your job, you should probably quit your job. Patients are innocent. And I hope you all get fired. Gosh, my hormones. I guess I am really upset. lol.
