  • I had the pleasure of working with Shaffer and Son's when my AC went out. The price was great and they were super speedy. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. The technician was very courteous and clean. They showed up exactly when they said they would and even called me when they were on the way so I didn't have to wait around all day. Hopefully I won't need service for a long time, but if I do I will call them for sure.
