I'd give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment for April 11. The appointment was made over a month and a half prior and was the first available that I could get. Asked the person who did the scheduling to send me the new patient paperwork. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Fast forward to April 10. Waited to receive a confirming phone call reminding me of the appointment. NEVER got one. I called TWICE, on April 10, to check if the appointment was still on. Got a message that no one was available to answer my call and to leave my phone number for a call back. NEVER got that call back. I call on April 11 to check, once again, to see if everything was still as scheduled. I'm told yes. Go to the doctor's office 45 minutes before the appointment time, sign in and wait.............and wait...........and wait. NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE. TOTALLY IGNORED. No one ever spoke to me. Got so fed up that after sitting in the waiting room, for an additional 30 minutes, I just left. No "I'm sorry let's take care of this now" came out of any of the people on the staff (there were 3 of them there just chatting among themselves). The attitude was "Don't let the door hit you on the way out". This is not any way to run a doctor's office. I'll look elsewhere for a dermatologist.
