  • I would not stay at this Hotel EVER. I was there on vacation for 4 days for a football tournament, and had to spend my Thanksgiving their and would NEVER do it again. The First night, once we walked into our room, I notice no covers on any of the beds. I had to call down to the office and the customer service representative says. I can give you one but I am out. Really sir I have 3 beds. Secondly I was in the process of preparing my Thanksgiving dinner when I realized that there was no RACKS in the oven to cook on. HUMMM back to calling the office and the customer service representative reply. Well that's odd. After 1 hour of waiting as the maintenance could not find another rack. I finally started cooking and lord and behold in the middle of me cooking the oven goes out. Back to calling the office and was told the night before Thanksgiving! Sorry our maintenance has gone home for the day no 24 hr. maintenance. No one can look at your oven until the next day at 7:00 am! The next day which was Thanksgiving Day MAN. ! Thirdly as I was unloading my things I NOTICE something crawling. I thought it was a water bug because I was on the 1st floor. HELL No it's a roach. WTH. The next day on Thanksgiving Day, I asked housekeeping for towels and she reply I only have enough towels for the room I'm cleaning. I don't have any extra. You will have to go down to the office. SO AGAIN. I'm dealing with another customer service representative that says, oh we out at this moment. LAUGH OUT LOUD at this point. I decided to call down to the office after an hour and the customer service representative says oh we have some now they was just in the wash. I got you if you come and get it. REALLY I replied. You mean to tell me no one will use their customer service skills and bring them as I have already been down to this flipping office, SUCH POOR SERVICE. Mind you I am there for a tournament, so I was late to the game and had a horrible Thanksgiving do to this place. I spoke to my team mates to find out the same thing with their room and they was on the 2nd and 3rd floor. After speaking to my team mates one of them says someone broke into their car last night and stole some items , and the next team mate say they woke up to the sink over flowing. Now that has nothing to do with me, it's the flipping principal. Not only was the roaches on the floor BE CAREFUL they were on the inside of the curtains! I have various pictures of the roaches that was in my room .I THINK THAT I SHOULD BE FULLY REFUNDED MY MONEY!
