So, if I have to be at a Chinese buffet. Journey is my choice.
I can't lie, I was really impressed when they first opened. It's HUGE and the sushi selection is amazing, albeit still buffet sushi.
The rest of the food is basically the standard Chinese buffet fare. Fried and Americanized for our tastes. My recommendation is to stay away from that and instead get fresh grilled food from the Mongolian bar and a plate of sushi. Desserts are also pretty standard and probably not worth the calories.
Because hubby isn't a fan of Chinese buffets in general I'm not regularly eating in but rather occasionally stopping there for lunch and do sushi carry-out. They charge by the pound to do carry-out. The sushi costs more than the standard buffet food. I find I can get enough sushi to satisfy my hunger and still pay less than the all you can eat lunch price.
In the end, choose Journey as it is the most palatable of the Chinese buffets in the area. And if you don't care for Chinese food, it will still work for you with their other options.
