| - When I first moved to AZ in early 2001, my realtor advised me to purchase a Fulton home. I purchased a Fulton home built in 1994 and lived in it until a job relocation moved me out of state just this year, 2015. I had NO issues with this house in 14+ years. What a great home and investment. The house looked and felt the same 14+ years later. Other than paint and new carpet, the house has stood the test of time. I also would like to comment regarding customer service. When the home inspector for our buyers came to the house, he found next to nothing. But one thing he did notice was there had been some truss work done in the attic and he wanted to confirm that it had been done by a structural engineer. I knew I didn't have any truss work done up there, so I contacted Fulton to see if that had any records prior to 2001. Of course, anything that old was long-ago in storage. So, they offered to send a truss expert (from Foxworth Galbraith) to check it out. Please, note, I was NOT the original owner of the house and Fulton has no responsibility to me. Fulton paid for the service call as a courtesy. How awesome is that?? I was stunned. I totally expected to pay for that. As it turns out, the truss work was done by the A/C company who installed a new furnace for me in 2012 (I didn't know they needed to remove a truss to fit the unit into place). Still Fulton, did not charge me for the service call. And the A/C company ended up paying for the truss repair done by Foxworth Galbraith. All around, GREAT customer service. I love that Fulton stands behind their work, even a house built 20+ years ago and owned by someone who wasn't originally Fulton's customer. So bummed they aren't builders in my new state.
