  • Service is OK when it works but if you have a problem look out. They don't know how to fix their own stuff. There are nice people that work there but they are hog tied with a trouble ticket system that doesn't work and their accounting department is even worse. They must be under strict orders to never give back any money they got whether they deserve it or not, once they have your money you will never get it back no matter what you do.
