  • Very unprofessional. I have gotten hair removal in the past at a much more professional place. First, the doctor was 50 minutes late, making me wait regardless of my appointment time scheduled that I even came early to. Next, after waiting for an hour, they said I could not do the procedure because my body was "tan" and my face was not. I have not gone tanning for months, my face is always very pale from me constantly exfoliating it and I was not wearing makeup that day. I am disappointed they said they could not treat me even though the test spot they did was perfectly okay. May be the fact that I purchased package on Groupon and did not pay the full price. Do not recommend.
