I purchased a new Accord here in Sept of 2014. Sales process was ok and I love the new car. I gave them 2 stars because I like the car and my sales person..otherwise it would be a one star review. The problem with this place is customer service after the sale. I made the mistake of signing up for an extended warranty which I later decided to cancel. The documents state that a full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is submitted within 60 days. My cancellation request was submitted within the 60 days. After seeing that no refund was issued within two billing cycles, I tried to contact the finance person I worked with. After numerous calls and emails, I finally heard from him and he stated he would have an answer in a couple days. Again, numerous phones calls and emails were sent to find out the status. No response. So, I show up in person at Dealership and ask for a manager. I explain the situation and he assures me it will be taken care of and he gives me the name of the finance manager. A few days later, I receive an email confirming my cancellation request was submitted. I phone the finance manger to confirm that the request will be for a FULL refund since my original request was submitted within 60 days. Again, no response...this is how management treats their customers ? Today I receive a letter stating a that refund has been issued. Surprise surprise...its not for the full amount. Now I have to waste more time and stop by the dealership again. Terrible customer service. No chance I will be going here to have the car serviced.
