| - I've enjoyed 3 concerts at this venue this summer (Rascal Flatts, Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa, and Darius Rucker). All 3 concerts were awesome and brought different crowds, with that being said security was pretty much the same for all of them. I was able to bring in my string bag containing unopened bottles of water, blankets to sit upon, rain jacket, small snacks, sunscreen, and hand sanitizer along with some of what I typically have in my bag that I didn't bother taking out. One thing I learned tonight is that big, tall umbrellas are not allowed, but the smaller, compact ones are fine. Parking is fairly easy, but getting out, directed by staff/police and traffic is quite troublesome. My best advise for that is either A) Make a beeline for your car after the show and leave as fast as possible before other concert goers or B) Remain in your vehicle until the majority of the crowd has departed and then make your exit. If you choose B, leave water, snacks and a book or some sort of entertainment in your car to make the wait more enjoyable. I've never consumed or purchased any refreshments from the venue, but I've heard the prices are astronomical. .however afterwards, you will find the lawn littered in cans, bottles and an assortment of other trash that people were to lazy, drunk or both not to take responsibility for.
Will I be back? Most likely, Yes! I've found some quite astounding deals on Groupon that I will continue to peruse and enjoy thoroughly.
Cheers, concert goers!
