  • We had a wonderful experience yesterday purchasing my first vehicle, a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan. Our friendly service representative was Dave Bonnano. My husband and I were researching certified pre-owned cars the night before, and a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership popped up. One day later, we were in the store purchasing the vehicle. It is in beautiful shape, practically a new car with only 7,000 miles. We are thrilled with our purchase. Some things that made our experience stand out: *Each of us were able to take a test drive *They have a college grad program at Volkswagen for financing (which we didn't end up needing), but it was still a cool feature *A nice area to wait upstairs *Once we purchased the car, they gave it a bubble bath to make it really shine, plus gave it a full tank of gas *We got a freebie from the Volkswagen store, which was a cool bonus! *The financial side of things went very smoothly, no hiccups and we were able to get the price we wanted I highly recommend Volkswagen North Scottsdale. We would definitely purchase a car there again, and Dave really took care of us!
