  • A busy place with 7 nail techs and one gentleman who schedules appointments and helps when he can. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they seated me within 5 min of arriving. They had me soaking my feet for 10 min before a tech came over. She did the normal, confirmed the color I wanted and got busy. She seemed distracted. No small talk which was fine. When she was done, she asked me to sit and wait. She immediately went on to her next customer. I waited 20 min and nothing. I finally called the gentleman over and told him I was ready to leave. The price was fine and the pedi looked fine. The could be better in relaying info to the customer. It appears a thriving business and would gain more business if they talked to their customer.
