For those of you reading negative reviews pre-2018, please note this - big improvements have been made. My husband, parents, and I all had some of the best massages we've ever had from a foot spa here.
The Space: They completely renovated so now all the beds/chairs are partitioned into little "mini-rooms" with about 2 chairs per partition. They put up nice fabrics and decor to make the space beautiful and relaxing. Now, the only negative is that there is a dog grooming or boarding studio right next door so you hear dogs barking from time to time but honestly, I easily zoned this out.
The Massage: I had Louie and my husband had Oliver and both applied just the right amount of firm pressure (I like very firm pressure and this was perfect) to be extremely relaxing and tension relieving. The scalp and neck massage portion was amazing. When it was time to flip to my stomach, I was asked to remove my shirt which is no big deal.
Overall: I am definitely coming back here next week. For $26/hr for a full body massage that is stress relieving, you can't go wrong. Make sure you tip well.
Tips:
- Wear a loose fitting top and no bra
- Wear pants that can easily roll up to your knee and are non-restrictive since you keep them on during the massage
- Don't wear jewelery
- They accept credit card
