  • I got an appointment on the phone with Social Security. A reminder was sent to my cell phone yesterday. I arrived at the local office only to be told I wasn't on the list. The Man I spoke to was nice enough to speak with someone and get me in. The woman I spoke with was very courteous and kind. I did not get her name or I would give her recognition. You don't always get that courtesy in Las Vegas, especially at Social Security, DMV or public offices. It only took 45 minutes to take care of business I was there for. I know everyone's experience is different depending on who assists you. Thank goodness my experience was great.
