  • Well, a new (1.5 months since opening) furniture store. They are the largest out here it appears by size. Salesman just pounds on you how great they are... B.S. Only a cut above IKEA but no better than any other furniture store. Definitely not in quality. We bought a $3,000 patio set. Had to pay for delivery (about $160) which was more than any other furniture store. Salesman knew nothing about how furniture was put together or if it had to be. So we had to pay for delivery. They delivered a defective couch which had a large visible gash in the arm. We insisted on a new one because the gash is not fixable. So they took it back and said they would bring a new one. Three hours later, they bought it back.They had painted the arm and the gash is still there. I said it to the deliver guys and they said it was new. I hate calling them liars since they were bigger than me and two of them. I can feel the fresh paint too. The best thing to do is to let the world know and hit them in the pocket book. Never shop there again....
