  • Six months after we moved in, I had Cooper's clean our carpets. I should have had a hint when his wife was so nasty on the phone when I called to schedule. He, the owner, did a horrible job. He went around things, so carpet under side chairs were not going to get cleaned until I said something. After he left and I went upstairs to check (I didn't want to be walking on damp carpet), I saw that he had done the same thing upstairs. He left marks on the walls with the hoses even though corners had protectors on them.
