There are so few restaurants that deserve a 5-star rating, but Razz is undoubtedly one of them. While the exterior of the building appears nondescript, the interior is tastefully decorated and replete with artwork hanging on the walls. We always make a reservation to sit at the chef's table and everything we've ever had has been phenomenal. My husband and I have very diverse tastes and are willing to try just about anything, but I can honestly say that beef tongue is probably not something that we would ever have ventured to taste had it not been served to us here. It's now one of our favorite dishes, as is the "macaroni and cheese" with lobster and crab meat.
The wine selection is great as well and we typically ask Razz to recommend a bottle and have never been disappointed. It's so clear that Razz is an incredibly talented chef who is doing what he loves to do! The restaurant does close over the summer so we will be eagerly awaiting its reopening in the fall to try some more of Razz's amazing creations.
