This is absolutely the worst pet store I have ever been to! Yes they have exotic animals, which is neat if you've never been to a store that does, but they do not care for them the way they require and deserve. It is the equivalent of a puppy mill for exotics. We went here to buy a sugar glider and were shocked to find they had over 12 gliders in one cage which was too small for the number of animals it held. All of the gliders were unsocialized and therefore mean and bit. When I ask the owner how often they were held her response was "oh we don't hold them." to which I asked why and she said "there's too many we'd be holding them all day." This is an exotic animal that requires daily attention. If they're not held daily it is a well known fact that they become mean and it greatly hinders they adoptability. She did not know exactly how many she had, how many were male, how many were female or what their ages were. She stated she had an 8 week old female and handed me a glider that was at the minimum 4-6 months old. (I have owned gliders for 7 years and I am very familiar with them). We immediately left and will be calling the Las Vegas animal control or humane society and filing a complaint for neglect. No animal deserves this! There is a good chance these gliders are inbreeding as they can reproduce at a young age and the owner makes no effort to separate the males from females.
If I could give it zero stars I would!
