  • Please do not go to this dispensery! I was just there last week and bought a 1000 ml vape cartridge for 70$. It started to leak in my pocket (and ruined a pair of pants) so i called the front desk and was told to come right in and they would exchange it for me no problem. When i arrive at the clinic im greeted by the same lady who rang me up last time. We even said hi to each other and talked about how she makes her own personal copper jewelry. Which she told me all about on my previous trip. But according to their shady computer system they have never seen me before as a patient. I have been to their mesa location numerous times and this location last week! She proceded to tell me that she could do absolutely nothing for me even though i was promised a return on the phone. Her best offer was since they have no record of me ever being a patient they would give me a first time patient special! Why would i want to buy more from a store that sells me 70$ faulty products and than lies to me about me ever being a patient! Its definitely illegal in Arizona to not keep accurate transaction records when dealing with medical Marijuana. Go anywhere but here. Shame on you and you poorly trained staff and management team.
