  • Well, this is unfortunate. I love Coldstone ice cream so much! But I won't go back to this location. I used two gift cards to pay for my last purchase, one which zeroed out and one which still had a balance. After I paid, the cashier debated over which card to give me back (not sure why he just didn't give me both), running their balances, and decided on one to hand back... long story short, it was the empty card. Did he use the card with money on it himself? Give it to his friends? Cash it out somehow? Throw it out? Lord only knows. Once I realized I had received the wrong card (three days later), I went back to the location to cheerfully and politely ask if maybe they realized they had my card and were holding it for me. I worked in a similar job in the service industry for three years, and that's what I would have done. Instead, the employee working pretended like she couldn't understand my question (?) and referred me to the manager, who wasn't even there. At that point, it wasn't worth the battle, I cut my losses - and I will not be going back. Coldstone is awesome, we all agree about that. But be careful about this location and make sure they don't rip you off.
