  • First of all, communication is poor. Seems to have a weird phobia about answering his door or meeting anyone face-to-face. If the work was adequate, that would be one thing. However, it wasn't. Even though belt was replaced and self-propel mechanism works, mower won't stay started for more than 1 second. Hence, it was NOT repaired and email regarding mower not being functional was never returned. Look elsewhere for mower repair.
